Eligibility
Minimum age and eligibility requirements for each race category are to be confirmed and will be published with the official race details.
Registration
- Registration is confirmed only once the entry is accepted by the organisers.
- Registration fees are to be confirmed.
- The registration closing date is to be confirmed.
- Entries are personal and may not be transferred to another person.
- Participants must provide accurate personal and health information.
Health & Fitness
Participants confirm they are medically fit to take part. Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk. We recommend a medical check-up before the event.
Liability
The organisers, partners and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered before, during or after the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Event Changes
The event will proceed rain or shine unless extreme weather or safety concerns arise. The organisers reserve the right to alter the route, timings or format, or to postpone or cancel the event, where necessary for participant safety.
Media Consent
Participants agree that photographs and video recorded at the event may be used by the organisers for reporting and promotional purposes.
Code of Conduct
This is a drug-free awareness event. Participants must not compete under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances, and must follow the instructions of marshals and medical staff at all times.
