Cancellations & Refunds

before payment is taken. Payment gateways in India require an accessible refund
policy before they will approve a merchant account.
Cancellations
- All registrations are non-refundable.
- No cancellations will be accepted once registration is completed.
- Registrations may not be transferred to another participant.
Event Postponement or Cancellation
The event will proceed rain or shine unless extreme weather or safety concerns arise, in which case the organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel.
In case of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will not be refunded but may be adjusted towards a future event organised by the same team.
Registration Fees
Registration fees for each race category are to be confirmed and will be published with the official race details.
